Update on Your Spring 2020 Registration
FCAAE will continue its 58 year tradition of putting the needs of our students and instructors first.
Refunds will be provided. Cancellation fees will be waived.
1. Leave your registration "as is" and wait a bit longer to make your decision. Please know that leaving your registration "as is" for the time being still allows you to select any of the outlined refund options below whenever your personal situation leads you to do so.
2. Request a refund to your original form of payment.
A FULL refund if your class never started.
A MOSTLY FULL refund if your class started and FCAAE deducting a pro rata amount for the week(s) your class met would not cause you financial difficulty.

Please don't apologize if you request this full refund. FCAAE wants to be a source of "no stress" during these difficult days.
3. Request a refund to be held as an FCAAE credit voucher that never expires and can be used by you or another person of your choosing.
A FULL credit voucher refund is available regardless of whether your spring class started.
4. A combination of a refund (in your choice of your original form of payment or credit voucher) and a donation to FCAAE to help defray fixed costs for the semester. Please let us know the amount of your class fee that should go to each option. FCAAE is self-funded and relies on tuition revenue to cover its fixed costs of running each semester.
